“Oh, magnify the Lord with me,
and let us exalt His name together!”
Psalm 34:3

I began leading worship in the mid-'70s. My vision in worship is to explore the whole spectrum of interaction with God – from exuberant celebration to profound awe, from tender intimacy to triumphant shouts of victory – according to His mind and heart for each gathering of His people. My goal is to lead all who worship into a place in the Holy Spirit where the truth contained in the songs becomes an experienced reality. And I pursue "interactive" worship, where the prophetic anointing is released, and "the voice of the Bride and the voice of the Bridegroom" are heard.

I've led worship both in conferences and church services. I love to work with the local musicians and singers and discover what new flavor of worship will result from the fresh combination of ingredients. I have found that often the mere fact of having a different worship leader can help break people out of the confines of familiarity and into a fresh experience in the Lord.

Lisa's flute playing adds another rich dimension to worship. Often I feel that her flute itself is a parable of what God desires our hearts to be – an instrument that resounds as the breath of God moves upon it, and manifests His beauty.
